 When will my order be processed?   

Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days

What methods of payment to you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard through the secure shopping cart. You may choose COD as a payment option if you would prefer to contact us directly to arrange a credit card payment.  The shopping cart will accept your product selection, calculate your purchase total  and record your shipping information.  Simply give us a call and we can take your credit card information in person.

What currency do you accept?

Payments are processed in Canadian dollars. If you are outside of Canada, your credit card company will convert your purchase to your currency.

How are orders to Canada and USA shipped?

Canadian orders are sent Canada Post Express. USA orders are sent  via Canada Post/US Post Air  If you would like us to ship another way, please indicate this is the comments section...we can package for snail mail and  your  discounted freight charge will be refunded towards your credit card.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping fees are based on the total value of the order and the destination before tax. Rates for shipping are estimates  based on your location.   We will attempt to pack your order as efficiently as possible. If  the actual cost of shipping charged  is in excess of $5.00 (our handling cost) we will refund your credit card with the difference.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the United Kingdom and Europe by surface mail. Please contact us if you wish a quote for air mail

How will I know if my order was processed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email with order # when you place your order. We will send a second email to notify you the order has been shipped. 

How are taxes calculated?

All orders within British Columbia and Ontario  will be charged 12% HST. Canadian orders outside B.C. will be charged 5% GST, except Nova Scotia which has 15% HST.  All international orders are tax-free, but may be subject to the individual country's customs duties and taxes.

What is your return policy?

Books and cut yardage is not refundable. All other items are refundable within 45 days, with a 20% restocking charge.Please contact us to make arrangedments for returns.

How do my purchaces qualify for the rewards program?

We will enter your on line purchases into  our POS system.  When your accmulated points reach 500, you will be elegible for a $20.00 frequent fibre card.  We will include this with your shipment, along with instructions on how to redeem the card towards your next purchase.
