Noro Silk Garden Yarn, knit into wrist warmers

We have prepared a variey of knitted hat and scarf samples, just in time for the cold weather. The  pattern "Sugar on Snow" shown in the first image, is  from knitty.com.   You can make a hat as we have using 2 balls of Bonbori by Noro and tying the top with a knitted I-cord.

The same pattern was used to make this lovely cowl shown in image two. Here we used one skein of Baby Alpaca Sport by Diamond Yarns. The same pattern, Sugar on Snow by knitty.com was used without the I-cord that was used on the hat.

The pattern for this scarf in image three, was taken from the new Noro  Book: Designer Mini Knits Two, by Jenny Watson.  Three balls of Yuzen by Noro were used in this sample knit by Joanie.

Clapotis, from knitty.com   In this fourth image, Joanie knit two yarns together: 3 balls of Silk Garden sock yarn by Noro (color 279) and three balls of Baby Kid Extra  mohair (color 488)

Wrist warmers knit with one skein of Noro Silk Garden. Here is the pattern: CO 32 stitches.  Knit 2 Purl 2 on 5mm needles.  Repeat the ribbing for a total of  7 inches and cast off.  Repeat for the second arm.  Stitch up the seams as follows: 1" from top edge, then leave a 1 1/2 inch opening for the thumb, stitching the remaining 4 1/2 inches.
