Knitting for fall

Topsy Turvy cowl, pattern and mini mochi yarn by Crystal Palace
Lace Ribbon scarf, pattern available from knitty.com, sock yarn from Lana Grossa
pattern by Berroco, 2 skiens of ultra alpaca fine sock yarn

This cozy cowl is a knit in Mini Mochi by Crystal Palace.  Topsy Turvy can be found in the free pattern section of their website straw.com.  This sampler, knit with 1 50 gram ball, has 3 different stitch patterns and can be worn with either end up.

Our second image is a lovely scarf knit with 2 balls (100grams each) of Lana Grossa  Cotton Stretch and a 4.25mm needle.  Although a sock yarn, we found it is a great yarn for other projects including this pattern, called Lace Ribbon, provided by knitty.com.

Our third scarf is knit in ultra alpaca fine by Berroco.  This is a beautifully soft yarn, ideal for socks, or other lace knitting.  This pattern, Jubile, can be found  on their web site: berroco.com   Our sample used 2 100 gram skeins and a 4.5 mm needle.
